Nonprofit files ethics complaint against lawmaker (Miami Herald)
A nonprofit immigration agency filed an ethics complaint Wednesday against state Rep. Juan C. Zapata, accusing the West Kendall lawmaker of wrongly using his position to have the agency`s funding cut after being forced from the agency`s board.
