Chesterfield Police search for more flashers (NBC 12 Richmond)
Chesterfield Police are looking for at least two more suspects after a string of indecent exposures over the weekend. This makes 11 cases of indecent exposure, all in the same part of the county, in the last 10 days or so, and it’s something that has police and residents baffled.
